It’s December!

Lunch on my birthday at The Arizona Biltmore with my best friend

Thanksgiving was early this year which threw me for a loop after my Princess Diana iconic costume birthday party – I was still cleaning up and writing thank you cards while unpacking tubs and tubs of Christmas decorations.

In the middle of the master closet expansion (yep, still going…) I decided to get a new blog design which I’m still trying to figure out and work out so thanks for sticking around and seeing things appear then modify and some glitches which are also fun to deal with. Ha! But I do love the versatility I have with this new blog design and I hope to have fun with it without cluttering it up!

Home stuff is still happening and by home stuff, the typical waiting to schedule, some trade to mess up and fix something (or find some way to “fix” it) and again we find ourselves at the point of wanting it done instead of perfect which is super sad to say when you spend so much on any home project but if you have ever gone though one you know what I mean. You just want everyone out of your house! But, we will get there and I will be beyond excited to finally reveal my master closet to you and hope I again get home project amnesia and decide to do another one in a few years. *wink, cry, wink*

I did make Benjamin promise no more projects like this, no big ones or else I will move out!

How is your Christmas shopping going? We are close to done with not many to shop for but I figured I’d share my wish list because it’s random and I just add things as I browse online.

My ever growing wish list

I’m really looking forward to hosting and all the friends and family we will be seeing in the next month.

We probably realistically won’t be done with the closet to reveal until after the new year.

But there is exciting news that Benjamin’s cloffice is being installed today but we just still have no place to hang his clothes. Pray for us, I laugh but sometimes it’s because I don’t know what else to do (and I’m not going to cry because things don’t go my way that’s just not me) — and then I remember it’s December and it truly is the most wonderful time of the year! :)
