16th Annual Christmas Party

I
can’t believe I hosted our 16th annual Christmas party – the years fly by!  Our first party didn’t start as a pajama party but after the late nights we realized it was a necessity, and we haven’t looked back since.

Over the past few years Lilly Pulitzer has been great friends of ours and sent over some outfits for our party. We are so thankful and we decided to do loungewear again!

This year’s color theme I decided to make it white, black and red! Believe it or not, we didn’t spend 3 hours shooting in the photo studio this year. One of us came in from the east coast after Miss America and barely made it so we were just happy it was all 6 of us, took a photo and went to out gift exchange and Left Center Right game where we play with $5 bills (3 per person). It was so fun as always!

Before I show you more the party, here are some outfit inspo from Lilly –

OK now onto the tablescape decor – which I like to blog and share about because I reference back the year later to make sure I do something different than the year before.

This party I put black caps on my chandelier! OK, so the current term is black with gold lined chandelier shades, I bought the biggest ones on Amazon, set of 6. I wanted a Ralph Lauren home vibe, now I just need to work on (sew my own) dark tartan tablecloth for next year, floor length!
