My name is Diana Elizabeth. My husband and I live in a restored 1952 red brick home that sits on a former citrus grove in Phoenix. I'm a journalist who went from writing about fashion and reporting on the LA red carpet to a photographer and FORD model. When I'm not behind or in front of a camera, I enjoy blogging about my home projects, and the things that make me happy with camera in hand.
I appreciate old homes, love adding fruit trees to our yard, and I firmly believe making a house a home is a wonderfully fun ongoing project. I'm bravely jumping into the domestic life hoping one day I will bake a homemade pie so I earn my badge. This is a glimpse into my life and work.

Intimate weddings have a different feel in general. While the crowd is small, the presence of love is great. There’s so much calmness throughout the day that puts more emphasis on the marriage itself that takes the emotions up a notch. And if that wedding is all outdoors, well, I consider myself one lucky photographer.
Stephanie was a calm bride, and incredibly elegant. It’s something about the way she sits up, stands, and speaks that you know she’s not only classy, but incredibly intelligent. James, also known as Jimmy, works in the tech field, and I’m pretty sure their children are going to be geniuses. While Stephanie was getting pampered upstairs in Jimmy’s parent’s Arcadia Estates home, Jimmy was hanging out outside, helping set up for the reception, ensuring everything was in place. ”Regal” is the term I’d use to describe not only this couple, but their wedding.
The all outdoor wedding gave the most perfect light as the sun rays peeked through the pussy willow trees. Amy and I were in awe, it was unreal, as you can see.
The details were incredible, thanks to Angela of Angela Saban Design who is AMAZINGLY talented with designing and also creating gluten free desserts and cakes. Her vision for an event and gorgeous cakes are so unique to this industry, I felt so blessed to have finally worked with her after our concept shoots. She can handle anything, this amazing lady. Mariana Marie offers gluten free and cruelty free makeup applications and did a beautiful job with Stephanie’s makeup.
