Bircher muesli
My super power fuel as of late is not just coffee – it’s Vitamin D and a good breakfast. I’ve been in a bad habit of skipping breakfast and that has to stop – and I also and trying to drink more water! I had a few ideas on how to get some good breakfast in my body quickly because all I want to do in the mornings is get straight to work – I mean really, I’d even be up for skipping a shower and getting ready for the day because that’s how much I love to work!
Bircher muesli is one of my favorite dishes, and I mean, you gotta try this. It consists of a variety of oats, grains, nuts, yogurt and fruit – many different variations and recipes out there. It’s so refreshing and easy to make, no measuring required, but I’ll try my best to help you out with your first batch until you get the hang of it. This is a favorite dish I like to make when we have over night guests or on the weekend (it’s quick and easy). When you shop for the ingredients, check out Shamrock Farms‘ milk that has 8g of protein in every serving and never treats their cows with growth hormones. They also have organic milk, USDA-certified without antibiotics or pesticides. There’s also an extra calcium milk option.

Just made this! Yum! I didn’t have any oats, just some granola, but that worked perfectly. I also added some raw honey I had on hand. Thx for reminding me of this easy yummy recipe! It will always remind me of you. Xo
