I used to say I didn't have time for new friends, as if I were too busy and thought I couldn't benefit from new relationships. The reality was, I didn't have making friends a priority and I soon realized how I was missing out on great friendships as old ones moved away or shifted as life changes. No matter where you are in life, it's important to make new friends.
