Just like I swap my wardrobe I also swap my candles scents! I filled our home with a few fall and holiday scents from Chesapeake Bay Candle’s heritage collection – candle scents made of natural and rustic charm of the Bay that come in such clean, natural looking containers. The candles are made in Maryland with ingredients found around the world. The packaging itself is just so coastal and inspired by Maryland’s shoreline – you know I love East Coast charm.

These candles are made from a soy wax blend, with natural essential oils, designed and poured in the US. I love the glass jar with the wood top! It really is like the elements I think of when I picture the coastal lifestyle.

To get my home ready for fall, I put out the fall bedding, bring out the cozy blankets with textures, and I also add the fall scents – you know the scents that remind you this is the most wonderful time of the year.

Did you order a pumpkin latte as soon as they were back on the menu? Well for PSL lovers, this smells like praline, pecans, and pumpkin. It is what fall smells like, in a jar. $20 for large jar, also available for $15 in small jar.

For the sweets lovers, like birthday cake is one of my favorite scents, Vanilla Biscotti is a mix of vanilla and nutmeg, it smells like someone is baking the most delicious cake with frosting. $15 for small jar.

Firewood Fig is light and airy, something about it reminds me of the beach too. A bit woodsy and cedar, it has orange essential oils. This makes me feel like I’m outdoors breathing in fresh, clean air in the woods, bundled up in a cozy sweater, of course. $15 for small jar. I would peg this as one of my favorites!

This holiday assortment votive set –Balsam Fir, Cinnamon Spice,  Snow by the Shore – perfect for those of us who want it all – and would make a great hostess gift for just $15 and each votive has an 8 hour burn time.

As we prepare for the best time of the year, remember to fill your home with some delicious fall and holiday scents – it’ll get you in the festive mood!  And pick up a few extras for entertaining and gift giving.
