Stripes and Floral print
Picking out a birthday dress for your 30th is hard. I think it also takes about 2-3 months time – as one of my best friends started texting me far in advance with ideas for her birthday outfit. After starting with the idea of a floral skirt, to then suggesting a horizontal stripe skirt, I came across a perfect mix – floral and stripes! A quick text to my darling MK, she knew this was her party dress!
Isn’t she adorable? We had dinner at El Chorro – a perfect place for a dinner (and a wedding – I’m a preferred photographer on their vendor list, kisses to them!). I had the lamb chops, yum!
I love florals and I sort of like stripes (it’s complicated, I over did it once and I threw out all my stripes so now I need to add them back). So if you love florals and stripes – I think the blend of the two make a great updated wardrobe look – if there’s one piece to update your wardrobe this spring (or early summer) I’m telling you it’s a floral and stripe piece!
Here are a few pieces you might enjoy!
