English Country Home – a new build
This English Country inspired newly built home located in Paradise Valley is designed and furnished by Modern Nest and listed by Nick Carlson with LAUNCH Realty. The lot/home was bought in 2020 for $5 million and leveled for this new build (I looked up the property taxes). It is currently listed for $12.9 million with it fully furnished. For those who don’t live in the Phoenix Valley, Paradise Valley is a small city between Phoenix and Scottsdale that has the most expensive homes with large lots.
It was very unique because we were able to shop many of the items and furniture in the home by looking at the QR tag attached to the item. You can buy some of the items online here.
I want to share the quick tour we did after church because the rooms were just gorgeous. I didn’t take a photo of every room, but I’m sure if you check out the social media pages you can find more images and videos. I will let the photos speak for themselves!
The color palette was calm, very muted deep neutrals and I liked the wallpapers.
The windows went down to the floors in the hallway which I liked, more sunshine!
The master bathroom also had an indoor and outdoor shower which just sounds so dreamy especially with the Phoenix summer heat. I really enjoyed walking this large home and seeing all the details. I hope they do a video tour or share more soon on the website so I can reminisce this gorgeous home. Such lucky home owners whoever gets to call this house their home!
Here’s molding that I needed to take a photo of us and also share, I hope to add this detailed molding to the current wall molding we have in our garden room.
I want it more traditional looking and so adding this trim work is on the to-do list.
