Robe, the new PJ?

Usually when you shop at Pottery Barn you’re looking for home stuff.  I recently I stopped in and found myself drawn to…

Robes, with faux fur.

I DIE I DIE I DIE!! I mean really, you could lounge in this all morning and if your gardener or UPS guy comes to the door before you have even showered, imagine answering the door wearing this.

“Package, for moi?”

Who cares if your hair is greasy and mascara is smudged, you put on your fur to answer the door!

You may remember how much I love sherpa, even taking a nap in my sherpa jacket on the couch?  Which by the way, I wore it recently to a friend’s house and her two year old called me, “Noah” which was her dog because apparently my jacket reminded me of her dog. Sweet.

Here are the sherpa robes!

This one would be great for summer, so lightweight.  I’ll take both.

French Terry Robe

I felt all three of these in store so they all have my thumbs up and I have them sitting in my shopping cart online.

Would you believe I don’t own a robe. I never had a need for one when I get out of the shower I’m straight into my clothes.  I have a pink wrap but not front door/lounge appropriate.  I think for mornings it would be so ideal, but I might just fall back asleep wearing one.

Do you have a robe?  Do you wear it often enough that you think everyone needs one?  You’re thinking about getting one now, aren’t you? ;)
