Winning Miss Arizona United States & Photogenic!

This pretty girl won the title of Miss Arizona United States last night.  She also won the Photogenic Award for her division with the headshot I took of her on the right.  Not that I can take much credit for her beauty, outwardly and inwardly.  Next stop, Las Vegas in July for the Miss United States Nationals!

For the photographers, let me tell you that I shot the image on the left under my carport!  Yes, carports and garages have the best lighting!  The second image was taken in my doorway of my home with the door open!

The funny thing with our group of girlfriends is that we probably have a zillion images like this of us running to the stage after a pageant (if half of us weren’t in the same pageant) to take a pic like this one…

Yay!  Congratulations Rachelle!  You looked stunning!

Diana Elizabeth jokes with her friends that the only way she’d ever, ever, ever do a pageant again is when the group of all 8 girls are married and they can do a Mrs. pageant together.  Then, and only then, will she do one.  So far, the ratio is 4 Mrs. to 4 singles so she has plenty of time.  Phew.
