Plant markers help my short term memory

People call me a vault when it comes to secrets.  The honest truth is, I have some short term memory paired with no desire to share other people’s news.  Shhhh, don’t tell anyone.

So this short term memory thing, well I can plant a ton of seeds and look back and wonder what the heck I had just sowed and wonder if what’s sprouting is a bean or a weed.  I have so many different plant label markers around our garden beds that these are some of my favorites.

Oh, and I totally bought the croquet mallet garden stakes!  They remind me of our backyard wedding reception!

 (1) Set of 3 Croquet Mallet Garden Stakes, on sale $20 / (2) Tall Chalk Boards on a Metal Pole, $5 or 4/$16 / (3)  Set of 25 Large Markers, $15 / (4) Set of 6 Slate Plant Labels with crayon, $18 / (5) Marking Pen, $3.50

Or you can make your own like I did for our waist level herb box:
