New Digs for the New Home: Part VI

“Are you old enough to buy that spray paint?” asked the Home Depot cashier lady.

“Oh my gosh, is there a tip jar for you?” I replied.

The gardening section of Home Depot was crazy on a Sunday.  I saw a plum and apricot tree I wanted to buy, but I wan’t ready to make that sort of commitment yet. I need to figure out exactly where I want to plant them.  So, I bought spray paint instead to revamp a few old things and make them new again.  The awesome thing was hearing nail guns and spray guns around the block of my neighbors also working on their homes.  Like I said, I love my neighborhood.

Here are a few more goodies I’ve brought home.  We’re almost there.  We, meaning myself, Pottery Barn, Home Depot, Ballard Designs and Anthropologie, of course.

Row 1: Cucina Paper Towel HolderNYC Subway Sign for the laundry room that is now referred to as the “transit” room – NYC subway theme it is! / The couch I am waiting that will arrive in November, Pottery Barn Comfort Sectional with wedge and box cushions / Row 2: My gardening hat from Anthropologie (told you I’d get one) /  GORM clip on basketIKEA GORM Shelving Unit for my office closet to hold all of my crazy containers / Home Depot fruit picker to grab those high up grapefruits
