Setting up the Guest Bath

The new bathroom is my favorite bathroom, and I’m proud to share it with our guests, overnight visitors, and friends who pop by. Having this space also meant my hallway bathroom didn’t have to be spotless, haha! When our bathroom was ready, I had fun stocking the bathroom drawers with extra products like cotton swabs, loofahs, and shower caps—I tried to think of all the goodies one would need if at a hotel.

I’m conscious about what products I put in our guest bathroom, too. Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Body Wash is a product anyone one would enjoy and appreciate. It is thoughtfully formulated; cruelty-free; and made without parabens, phthalates, MEA, DEA, artificial colors or animal-derived ingredients. Every guest would be thrilled to see it in the shower, and they don’t have to worry about bringing their travel sized products with them—they may prefer what you’ve provided! Good job, hostess.

There are a variety of scents that you can choose at Walmart (click here to find the Walmart nearest you) that make you—and your guests—happy. The different colors will even fit your bathroom decor *wink*

I have two favorite scents. Rain Water is a fresh, clean, and floral scent—it just smells heavenly. It has a hint of white flowers, and it leaves your skin feeling light. I also love Basil. I mean, no surprise here, being a gardener, and every time I smell it when I pick it, I think, can someone make a basil perfume? Weird? Haha, it just makes me hungry too. The Basil scent also has a hint of a freshly cut lawn. The products are dermatologically tested and made with aloe vera gel, essential oils, flaxseed oil, and other thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

All the scents are fresh, light, and energizing. They aren’t too strong in fragrance; smelling them really makes you feel like you are breathing in something in nature—a flower, the rain, or fresh scented air.

The formula is light and suds up when you use a loofah. If we can also say the packaging is so cute too, and that’s pretty important to me when it’s left on the shelf the shower where guests will come and go.

I have a drawer with a hair dryer and additional overnight guest supplies in, and lots of Mrs. Meyer’s Body Wash for guests to choose from – pick your scent! You can find all of these fragrances at your nearest Walmart in the Body Wash aisle of the Personal Care section. It’s a wonderful spot to get everything you need at great prices and food and flowers too, home decor, it has everything you need in one place.

I am always excited to have guests. I love people, I love my friends who are like family and relationships are everything to me. If a friend wants to come visit and take time out of their day to spend time with me or even a few days, my heart gets so full. There is nothing like feeling filled up with great conversation, food, late night talks, and making memories.

That’s probably one of the hundreds of reasons why Benjamin and I wanted to expand the house – more room for our friends and family and more memories for everyone. Add Mrs. Meyer’s Body Wash to your shower, your guest shower, and consider it as a hostess or housewarming gift!
