I made a sign for John Mayer Tonight

H
ello my late night readers! My best friend is on her way which gives me 30 minutes to throw on my makeup which thankfully I can probably do since my hair is done, my self-tanner is on, I’m dressed and with years of pageantry experience I can get ready in seconds for the next phase of competition.

I would have more time if I didn’t decide a few hours ago to make a sign.

I’ve never made a concert sign in my life – but I did this time. I don’t like attention like that (really) and I also don’t want to make people behind me mad (so hold up between songs?) And if I actually get what I ask for on the sign, I would sure pee on stage or have an anxiety attack and pass out.

So what exactly am I doing then? Well, it’s my sixth time seeing him and I’ll be fourth row center (I paid over $1000 for a pair of tickets and well worth it). I wanted to buy a meet and greet but it was 3x as much.

Meagan, my best friend says, “Everything great comes from being outside your comfort zone,” I can already hear her telling her four boys that. There’s a chance he won’t tour for another two years – and before two years ago, I waited THREE years. I mean, we all did, not just me.

And so, I do this for us JM fans – or anyone who is obsessed with anyone who is scared but wants to have fun and because YOLO.

See you soon John. xx

Diana Elizabeth says pray for guts. She thought she’d stuff it in her purse and not bring it out, but no, she MUST. When she asked Benjamin “Selfie, photo, or pic? on the sign?” and asked him to come see the sign he said, “Wait, you really made one? I thought you were just dreaming.” Yes I did. Dare accepted Lie Shia.
