They were both transplants from Chicago, brand new to Phoenix when a mutual friend who lived back home had suggested they meet, just so they’d have another buddy, you know. When Gayle and Rich met the two instantly clicked, making plans to take a trip to Telluride, Colorado that weekend. He spotted a heart shaped rock and gave it to Gayle, telling her, “You have my heart.” A rock she would then give back to him as they exchanged vows telling him, “You now have my heart.”
As the groom walked out with his best man at the start of the ceremony, friends and family clapped and cheered. After a few days of fun-filled wedding activities, the bride and groom and their guests celebrated. Seats were filled by friends and family who traveled from everywhere who loved them, to support the couple. They say you can tell a lot by someone’s friends, and Rich’s and Gayle’s friends were quality.
Congratulations Rich and Gayle, thank you for inviting me to be a part of your big day. Thank you for trusting me, your kindess, friendship, and your amazing hearts. That was the fastest 8-hour wedding I have ever shot because as the saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun. May your life together be fun and all the wonderful things that you both are.
