A few years ago I mailed out Valentine’s day cards to my single girlfriends with a small gift to remind them they are loved, and right out of college I sent out over two dozen heart shaped cards to friends to remind them I loved them and missed them. I’ve always been a fan of Valentine’s Day – and not based upon my relationship status, I just enjoy seeing store shelves filled with cute candies, decorated in pink and red.

And the flowers, swooning, I’m such a flower girl and I love fresh flowers around the house when I remember to stop into the store. Valentine’s Day is what you want to make of it – Galentine’s Day – loving that phrase and celebration – or romance. Celebrate you, loving yourself, or loving others.

This year Benjamin and I are going to our favorite steakhouse and I cannot wait for lamb chops, haha. The fastest way to my heart is through my stomach and flowers. Speaking of food, with FTD you can also send gourmet baskets, and chocolate covered strawberries, brownie pops, cookies, oh it just goes on! This long stem rose bouquet arrived from FTD and I think it looks so lovely in my office, yes that’s a new desk, the office got another makeover *big smile*. It smells heavenly as I work from my desk.

We are hosting a rehearsal dinner at Crop Bistro on June 1, 2018 and you were recommended to us by Ursula. We need approximately 10 centerpieces and wanted something very simple. The bride likes daisies, so were thinking of just a vase with those and some greenery (NO baby’s breath). She does not care for the centerpieces provided by the venue. Can you help us? Thanks.
