I know knitting is typically what people do during the colder season but if I don’t start now, I’ll never finish my worsted twist seed stitch scarf by the time fall hits.  I’m so close, just 2.5 skeins left to go.  I also just realized if I wrapped the yarn around my finger I can knit even faster.  Sure wish I knew that earlier, better late than never.

Home working days include waiting for Safeway grocery delivery, gardening, organizing the office, writing blog posts, and Skype meetings.

Mr. Wonderful insisted he take a picture of me then said, “You’re not looking, and put your phone down!”  Hmmmm, I like this shot the best though.  You can see his already eaten lunch in the background from Filobertos, I clearly failed that day as a wife.  I’m not going to lie, I like eating there too, old 2 a.m. college habits are hard to die.

I did debate bringing in one of the buns from outside but that would only put me over the top as the crazy rabbit lady.  Plus, getting them to come inside sure is difficult. I also wanted to put on glasses but I forgot I sold my frames on eBay after I got LASIK.  I think I need some fashion glasses now.  Just like my clip in bangs from SkyMall that I have never worn in public.

Diana Elizabeth gravitates towards floral prints.  And she knits.  And, last week she had to soak her foot in a tub of epsom salt and she realized the tub Mr. Wonderful grabbed had the sticker “Doilies” on it.  She’s officially 90.
