The cozy knits and fuzzy textures to wrap around our bodies, the aromas of spices to smell, and the flavors to taste, fall is like the season for all our senses! Are you one of the fall fanatics who ran to the coffee shops as soon as pumpkin spice flavor was released? *wink*

We have a Whole Foods Market a mile down the street and we feel pretty lucky about that! Once they built Whole Foods, our entire neighborhood just got elevated even more as if I could love our part of town any more than I do!

They sent over their latest fall flavors from their exclusive brand, which are on shelves now, for a limited time, of course! For all of us who are loving fallgreat weather in Phoenix, my birthday, holidaysI’m finding many excuses for gatherings to share theseor just for me to want to stock up and make sure I indulge in these flavors while they are here!

I’ve been in a habit of reading ingredients to see what the first couple are and trying to avoid it if the ingredients are a crazy long list. I like that these foods are made without artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or sweeteners, and no hydrogenated fats or high fructose corn syrup, so I can indulge in them without worries about reading every single item on the label.

^^ This Whole Foods Market Organic Pumpkin Cardamom pasta sauce is amazing. Heavenly.

We gobbled it when we came home after this shoot, and I’m going to head to Whole Foods down the street and get more before it’s gone. I’ll check the expiration dates to see how far in advance I can keep it, ha! I am not kidding.

I’m thinking I’ll make this for my next girlfriend’s dinner party. I think they’d be so impressed with this and really love it!
