I almost bought the white top because it’s a neutral but I made myself buy the lavender. I’m glad I did. A few weeks later I took part in J.Crew’s sale on sale and bought a kelly green peplum dress I was dying to get – and my size was restocked. And I bought green gingham shorts! While August means summer sale galore, we still have summer temperatures until October – we have an extended summer.

Also, patio furniture goes on sale across the country while we can indulge in that because we’re about to invite friends over for Phoenix BBQs! This hair look is day two after using these T3 hot rollers, see the post here. I can’t get the same look with a curling iron so this I say favorite hair bff.

I picked up a set of these glasses at a monthly thrift/antique home sale we have locally. I got them home and thought to myself I swear if I can find these at World Market I will die. I am looking for more though, so if you know where they came from let me know.

It was a coincidence I actually had lemonade in the fridge for a warm day. But I make it look cool, right? ;)
