My second full day in Brooklyn was dedicated to meetings, starting early in the morning. While I had little sleep the night before after attending Rakuten’s Golden Link Awards and a rooftop party, I woke up excited for my appointments. All the times I’ve been to New York I don’t recall spending any time at the Brooklyn Bridge (unless I did during that time I was in high school in which case, sorry I wasn’t paying attention Dad).
I wanted to capture the beauty of New York before a big day of meetings. You can also see the Freedom Tower in the background.
This morning view – what a way to start off a big day.
I bought this bodysuit recently while in Vegas on my girl’s weekend getaway at the H&M at Caesar’s Palace. I can’t seem to find it online but it might still be in stores. I am so into the bodysuit trend that I ended up buying two more online, here and here. I think the reason why I am into them is because it’s so simple and can dress up a pair of pants and skirt. It’s a great go-to sleek and sexy style top depending on the style you get – and it can easily tuck into skirts and pants. I also bought this bra camisole to go under the sheer and lace bodysuits, you can order your bra size for the perfect fit.
I was happy to bring out my vintage Chanel that holds everything I needed for meetings that day.
This bridge behind me is the Manhattan Bridge.
I find the city to be so romantic – the taller the sky scrapers the bigger the dreams!
Even though I’ve moved around and lived in several cities before settling down in Phoenix, I wish the Big Apple was one of my temporary residences before I settled down. I told Benjamin we can still consider being on the move since we don’t have a family tying us down – I’d be so open to exploring a new place!
