Best of 2012
As the year comes to a close, I have to thank every one who stepped in front of my lens. Thank you for picking me to be a part of your memories, for my vendor friends who make “work” fun, and my fellow peers in the industry for your support, generosity of knowledge, and friendship during the triumphs and trials. It’s been another great work year of learning and growing.
To summarize the best of 2012 is difficult with too many wonderful clients and shoots. This post always makes it difficult for me to pick so again, I look to my Google analytics stats to tell me what the highest ranked posts were. I’m showing you a few of them, aside from the blanket my mom made and the DIY ruffled tree skirt – all things non-relative to photography but very popular apparently on Pinterest.
One of my favorite venues in town, this Arizona Biltmore wedding with Lizzey and Trevor was featured on Style Me Pretty. I’m happy to say I’m a preferred vendor at the Biltmore and will be at the Designer Wedding Showcase on Jan. 20. Please come visit.
A classy wedding designed by Angela Saban was perfect for Stephanie and James’ Arcadia Estates wedding, featured on Style Me Pretty.
A pretty Ritz-Carlton wedding with a gal who looks like famous supermodel and a groom that looks like a young superman (just my opinion) was a hot day, but we got some great images.
I would gladly wake up at 4 am again for Alicia and Rusty’s Desert Ridge wedding. Their first look had me in tears and is one of my favorite captures of the year.
A delightfully fun shoot designed by Angela Saban and JuJu’s Tutus. This Under the Big Top shoot was featured on Hostess with the Mostest blog!
What a treat to do this Hawaii maternity session of my high school pal Carrie and Eric while Mr. Wonderful and I were on our honeymoon.
Cotton fields she wanted, and cotton fields she received for her engagement session. Emmy and Ian, I so look forward to your wedding in April!
Thank you to ALL of my 2012 clients for trusting me with capturing your life.
Diana Elizabeth says, here goes 2013. With taking on a limited number of weddings to work on other projects, she’s looking forward to the new year!
