A Year of Gratitude + Thank You’s

I’ve been wanting to do this for a year and a half – thank people.  Not just for the immediate gift they have given, or their immediate service, but their actual friendship and presence they’ve had in my life.  It’s about history – the I’ve known you forever and will know you forever friendships.

I have a lot of people I’ve been meaning to thank over the past couple of years.  I’ve had a few rocky points in my life over the past few years, lots of ups paired with some dramatic downs, like not just a down, but throw me in a ditch and run me over events.  I just haven’t gotten around to sitting down and expressing my thanks to my friends who stood by my side, though I know they know, I just want to say thank you, again, and intentionally.  I came across this A Year of Gratitude Kit at LGO.   I think I’ll finally do what I’ve wanted to, I’ll start after all my summer travels are done and it’ll allow me to make the next year one of the most gratifying ones yet, one that I can share my gratitude to others.
